Census Pop-up Hubs will be open in selected areas for the Census Test.
The Pop-up Hubs provide in-person help to make it easier for you to complete the Census Test.
You can visit a Pop-up Hub to get information about the Census Test, collect a paper form, and hear about how completing the Census benefits your local community.
While only a small number of Pop-up Hubs will be open for the Census Test, more will be available to support the 2026 Census.
How to find local help
Use our interactive map to find your nearest location for in-person help.
Search using an address, suburb or postcode and select one of the suggestions.
Pop-up Hubs near you will display as pins on the map. It will show Pop-up Hubs within 5 kilometres of the searched location.
A list of Pop-up Hubs near you will appear next to the map.
Check back to see if new locations have been added and for updates to existing locations.
In-person support for the Census Test is only available on the days and times listed.
